Subpoenas and Legal Requests

Generally
Raidbox's terms and conditions prohibit the disclosure of customer information without the customer's express written consent, except as required to comply with a valid judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, or other legal process served on Raidbox.

If you require information regarding a Raidbox customer, you must fax, mail, or personally serve a valid subpoena or legal request on Raidbox.

The contents of websites or accounts terminated for non-payment are permanently and irrevocably deleted shortly after termination, generally within five to ten business days. Such data can no longer be recovered.

Raidbox will provide only such information as required or permitted by law. Pursuant to applicable privacy laws (including Canada's PIPEDA and similar regulations), Raidbox is prohibited from providing the contents of emails or other electronic communications except under limited circumstances, even in response to a valid subpoena or court order. Raidbox does not retain copies of deleted or sent emails or email logs, though limited backups may exist temporarily. Raidbox does not have access to communications downloaded to the customer's device.

Civil Subpoenas

Raidbox reserves the right to notify its customer prior to responding to a civil subpoena and to delay compliance for a reasonable period to allow the customer to challenge it (e.g., move to quash), except in emergencies or where prohibited by law.

Raidbox will comply with civil subpoenas only upon reimbursement of reasonable expenses, which may include (but are not limited to):

Additional Documentation

Raidbox reserves the right to request additional information (e.g., copies of complaints or pleadings) to verify relevance of the requested customer information.

Reporting Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Raidbox respects intellectual property rights. If you believe Raidbox or one of its customers is infringing your rights, send proper notice containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list if multiple works).

  3. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it.

  4. Contact information for the complaining party (address, phone, email).

  5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
