Raidbox provides customers with the ability to utilize virtual data centers, cloud servers, and related infrastructure over the internet. The Raidbox Startup Program offers startups the opportunity to use flexible virtualized infrastructure (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) under the special conditions outlined below. Startups are defined as young, registered companies founded less than 6 (six) years ago. The Startup Program applies to the specific Raidbox Account used to apply for the program. Confirmation of participation in the program will be sent via email to info@raidbox.xyz upon acceptance. In addition to the contractual agreements, specifically the General Terms and Conditions of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreement (SLA), already established between the parties, the parties agree to the following:
Special Conditions
1.1. Selection Process(1) Applications for credits must be submitted exclusively via the provided online form on the Raidbox website.
(2) The customer commits to providing truthful and complete information.
(3) Raidbox reserves the right to reject incomplete or obviously incorrect applications without further review.
(4) The application does not constitute a commitment to grant the credit.
(5) The decision will be communicated to the user via email.
1.2. Credit The startup customer receives a credit from Raidbox for participating in the Raidbox Startup Program for the products listed in Section 2 (“the credit”). The amount of the credit is determined by Raidbox and will be communicated to the participating company via email. The credit will be offset against the respective invoice amount due. The credit is neither refundable nor payable in cash. The credit is personal and non-transferable. The startup customer can use the credit within the first twelve (12) months of their contract. This period begins on the 1st of the following month after the startup customer's account has transitioned from any free trial phase to paid usage, which will be confirmed to the startup customer via email. Raidbox reserves the right to limit the credit monthly and to charge for usage exceeding the monthly credit. The precise conditions will be communicated to the startup customer via email. After the twelve (12) months expire, any unused credit will automatically lapse. The possibility of extending this period or increasing the credit amount is expressly excluded.
1.3. Discount GrantingWhen the credit has been used up or has expired, the Alumni Phase begins. During this Alumni Phase, Raidbox will grant the startup customer, provided the corresponding account exists, special discounts on the respective list prices for an additional twelve (12) months. Specific discount rates will be communicated via email upon entry into the Alumni Phase. The special discounts apply from the 1st of the month following the month in which the credit has been used up or has expired.
Products
The credit can be used for Raidbox cloud services, including Compute/Instances, Block Storage, Object Storage (if offered), Backup Services, and Managed Kubernetes (if offered). If Raidbox provides new products that can be booked with the relevant Raidbox Account included in the program, the credit can also be used for these. Certain premium or dedicated products may be expressly excluded from the use of the credit, as communicated by Raidbox.
Miscellaneous
All other contractual agreements remain unaffected. Raidbox reserves the right to terminate or modify the Startup Program at its discretion with notice. Participation is subject to ongoing compliance with Raidbox terms and conditions.
