Raidbox Marketing Essentials – Terms and Conditions

Applicability
By ordering Marketing Essentials services from Raidbox ("Raidbox"), a company under Ox2 Net Corp., located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with email contact at info@raidbox.xyz, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions for Marketing Essentials Services (the "Agreement") incorporate and are supplemental to Raidbox General Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Raidbox GT&C"), by which you are also bound, to the extent they are not modified by this Agreement.
User Group
This service is available to Raidbox business customers.
Subject Matter
The Agreement governs the provision of the Marketing Essentials services (the “Services”), which is an online marketing tool bundle that offers you access to selected Raidbox marketing tools, including but not limited to local listing management, search engine marketing (SEM), SEO tools, and email marketing features (the “Bundled Services”). Your use of any of the Bundled Services is subject to the Raidbox GT&C and any additional specific terms for individual tools.
Term and Cancellation
Subject to the terms of the Raidbox GT&C, the term of this Agreement shall be either 1 or 12 months, depending on your selection at sign-up. The contract will be automatically renewed pursuant to the terms of your contract, unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of the term through your Raidbox customer account or by written notice to info@raidbox.xyz.
Limited Warranties
In addition to the limitations set forth in the Raidbox GT&C, you understand that Raidbox makes no warranties with respect to your use of the Services or any of the Bundled Services. Raidbox is not responsible for any legal violations in connection with your use of the Services on your website or any contents provided by you (e.g., listings, campaigns, newsletters, etc.). You are solely responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws.
