Raidbox Email Marketing – Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicability
    The following terms of use for the Raidbox Email Marketing service apply in addition to Raidbox's General Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms of Use and Raidbox's General Terms and Conditions, these Terms of Use shall take precedence.

  2. Product
    2.1 Raidbox Email Marketing provides the ability to create and send emails. Raidbox handles the transmission of such emails to recipient addresses via email sending servers for delivery to the respective Internet Service Providers (ISP) or email service providers (ESP) hosting the recipients' mailboxes.

    2.2 This product is intended solely for emails sent in the context of a business relationship between the sender and recipients (with their consent) for promotional or informative content (newsletters). Sending private emails is not permitted.

    2.3 Raidbox cannot guarantee delivery of any emails to recipients, as this is beyond Raidbox's control.

  3. Anti-Spam Rules and Your Obligations
    3.1 You must not exceed the following limits for emails sent per campaign. Compliance serves to maintain a reliable sender reputation:

3.2 You may only send emails to recipients who have provided legally compliant consent. Raidbox may request proof of such consent.

3.3 Email Marketing may not be used to send to purchased, borrowed, or third-party contact lists.

3.4 All emails must include a clear, easy-to-recognize unsubscribe link. Upon an unsubscribe request, you must immediately cease sending further emails to that recipient.

3.5 Sender fields (e.g., "From" or "Reply") must clearly identify you as the sender. Your own valid email address must appear in sender fields. If sending on behalf of a third party via another domain, the email must clearly disclose this.

3.6 Raidbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, including excessive violations of the limits in 3.1.
