Raidbox Money-Back Guarantee Terms
Usage
Money-back guarantee claims must be received within 30 days from the initial date of order. You can process the guarantee via your Raidbox customer account or by contacting customer support at info@raidbox.xyz.
The Raidbox Money-Back Guarantee applies to Hosting, Server, Mail, and Website/eShop packages and is limited to the refund of any setup fee and the monthly fee for the first billing cycle.
It does not apply to:
New orders of domain packages or SSL certificates
Additional domains or features added by you
Server usage fees
Search Engine Marketing setup fees or variable costs
Be advised, flexible Cloud Servers and usage-based services are excluded from the Money-Back Guarantee, as these are billed based on actual consumption rather than upfront.
Miscellaneous
Customers upgrading or switching from one package to another are deemed to have exhausted the 30-day period and are no longer eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.
Any customer whose account has been suspended or terminated due to breach of any part of the Raidbox General Terms and Conditions automatically forfeits the right to the Money-Back Guarantee.
